Product Overview
Lug butterfly valves are widely used in chemical, petrochemical, smelting, pharmaceutical, food and other industries as a regulating and intercepting device on the pipelines of SO2, steam, air, gas, ammonia, CO2, oil, water, brine, lye, seawater, phosphoric acid and other media.
Structural characteristics of lug butterfly valve:
(1) The unique design of three-way eccentricity makes frictionless transmission between the sealing surfaces, which prolongs the service life of the valve.
(2) Elastic seal is generated by torque.
(3) The ingenious wedge-shaped design makes the valve have the function of automatic sealing that is tighter and tighter, and the sealing surface has compensation and zero leakage.
(4) Small size, light weight, light operation, easy to install.
(5) Pneumatic and electric devices can be configured according to user requirements to meet the needs of remote control and program control.
(6) The material of the replacement parts can be applied to various media, and the lining can be anti-corrosion (lining F46, GXPP, PO, etc.).
Standard specification of lug butterfly valve:
1. Structural length implementation: GB/T12221-1989. DIN3202-1999. Standard.
2. The connecting flange conforms to: GB, DIN, ANSI, JIS, BS standards.
3. The test and inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T13927-92 "General Valve Pressure Test" and API598 standard.
