Product Overview
The D671X pneumatic butterfly valve has a simple structure, a small flow resistance coefficient, and a straight flow characteristic, which will not retain impurities. And it is light in weight, easy to install, and has a small driving torque. It is composed of a rubber sealed butterfly valve and a carbon steel or stainless steel valve plate and stem. It is suitable for regulating the flow and intercepting the medium on the water supply and drainage and gas pipelines with a temperature of ≤ 120°C, such as food, medicine, chemical industry, petroleum, electric power, light textile, papermaking, etc.
Features:
1. Small and lightweight, easy to disassemble and maintain, and can be installed in any position.
2. The structure is simple and compact, the operating torque is small, and the 90° rotation is opened quickly.
3. The flow characteristics tend to be straight, and the D671X pneumatic butterfly valve has good adjustment performance.
4. The connection between the butterfly plate and the valve stem adopts a pinless structure, which overcomes the possible internal leakage point.
5. The outer circle of the butterfly plate adopts a spherical shape, which improves the sealing performance and prolongs the service life of the valve, and the pressure opening and closing is more than 50,000 times and still maintains zero leakage.
6. The seals are replaceable, and the sealing is reliable to achieve two-way sealing.
7. The butterfly board can be sprayed with a coating according to user requirements, such as nylon or PTFE.
8. The valve can be designed as flange connection and clamp connection.
9. The driving mode can be manual, electric or pneumatic.
